We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to support an Enterprise Service Management project through its current delivery phase and foundation deployment.

? Key Skills & Experience

- Robust Project Management experience across schedule, scope, risks, issues, resources and vendors

• Hands-on ServiceNow / Enterprise Service Management delivery experience

• Experience with data migration, data archiving and knowledge management

• Understanding of middleware and B2B integrations

- Strong testing, defect management and release readiness experience

• Experience with go-live, cutover and post-go-live stabilisation

- Strong stakeholder management, governance and reporting skills
- Experience working across multiple delivery teams and workstreams

? Key Responsibilities
- Manage project plans, schedules,



dependencies and resources
- Coordinate internal teams, delivery partners and vendors
- Track and manage risks, issues, decisions and dependencies
- Prepare governance reports and stakeholder presentations
- Support implementation, testing, go-live and transition activities
- Coordinate data migration activities including mapping, cleansing, reconciliation and cutover
- Ensure delivery aligns with security, governance and business readiness requirements
