Up to $95K + Super + Commissions | 2 Days WFH | No Saturdays | Exceptional Support An excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join a growing specialist Property Management agency in Carlton, where Property Management sits at the heart of the business.

Unlike traditional sales-led agencies, this business is focused specifically on Property Management and believes great Property Managers should be relationship managers — supported to spend more time looking after their clients and less time buried in administration.

With dedicated administration, leasing and condition report support, no Saturdays and 1–2 days WFH, this is an excellent prospect for an experienced PM looking for greater support, flexibility and earning potential.

The Opportunity

- Up to $95,000 + Super + Commissions (1st Year Salary)

The Role At the centre of this position is a simple philosophy: Property Managers should be relationship managers.

You'll take ownership of your client relationships while having a strong support structure around you to assist with the administrative and transactional elements of managing your portfolio.

Your responsibilities will include

- Building strong, long-term relationships with rental providers and renters
- Managing the day-to-day requirements of your portfolio




- Providing proactive advice and communication to clients
- Maintenance coordination and problem-solving
- Rent reviews and lease renewals
- Arrears management
- Managing escalated and sensitive matters
- Working alongside dedicated administration, leasing and condition report support
- Identifying opportunities to strengthen and grow client relationships

About You We're looking for an experienced Property Manager who takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience.

You'll ideally bring

- 2+ years residential Property Management experience
- Strong client relationship and communication skills
- A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach
- Strong knowledge of Victorian residential tenancy legislation
- Genuine interest in Property Management and real estate
- A positive and collaborative approach to working within a team
- Commitment to providing a high standard of service
- Victorian Agent's Representative qualification
- Current driver's licence
- Mandarin or Cantonese language skills will be highly regarded
