We’re looking for a Senior SharePoint / Microsoft 365 Collaboration Specialist to support a major Microsoft 365 transition program in Brisbane.

The role will focus on SharePoint Online migration, remediation and transition , working with business stakeholders and technical teams to prepare sites and validate the migrated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess SharePoint Online sites for structure, functionality, permissions and migration readiness
- Prepare and remediate sites prior to migration
- Configure up-to-date SharePoint sites, pages, web parts, navigation, libraries, lists, views and metadata
- Support SharePoint migrations using ShareGate
- Validate migrated sites, including access, navigation, links, documents and functionality
- Identify unsupported, obsolete or custom SharePoint components and recommend appropriate solutions




- Troubleshoot SharePoint issues and support business site owners
- Prepare transition runbooks, issue/exception registers, validation evidence and handover documentation

Key skills:

- Strong hands-on SharePoint Online experience
- SharePoint site configuration, permissions, navigation, pages, web parts, libraries, lists and metadata
- SharePoint migration and remediation experience
- ShareGate experience highly desirable
- Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, M365 Groups and Entra ID
- Strong stakeholder engagement and troubleshooting skills
- Experience in large enterprise environments
