Role Description The Senior Supervisor role is a full-time, in office position based in the Greater Sydney Area. This role oversees daily housekeeping operations, ensuring rooms and public areas meet premium and luxury hotel standards for cleanliness, presentation, and guest readiness.

The Senior

Supervisor coordinates and leads housekeeping teams, manages shift rosters, allocates tasks, and provides on-the-floor guidance and coaching to team members. The role includes monitoring quality, conducting room inspections, addressing service issues,



and maintaining clear communication with hotel management and Infinity Hospitality Management leadership.

The Senior

Supervisor is also responsible for upholding safety and compliance requirements, supporting staff training and onboarding, and ensuring operational processes are followed to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

- Experience in supervising housekeeping or hospitality operations, including team leadership, performance management, and shift coordination.
- Strong skills in quality control, room inspection, and adherence to brand standards and operating procedures.
- Proficiency in communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management with hotel leaders and internal teams.
- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and solve problems in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices and compliance within hotel or hospitality settings.
- Experience with scheduling tools, property management or housekeeping systems, and basic reporting or data entry.
- Prior experience in premium or luxury hotels is highly desirable; supervisory experience in housekeeping is preferred.
- Availability to work full-time with flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Demonstrated commitment to a people-first culture, including respectful communication, coaching, and support for diverse teams.
