NTT Data is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join a high-performing technology team supporting and modernising enterprise Microsoft infrastructure across on-premises and Azure environments. This role will play a key part in driving platform reliability, reducing technical debt, enhancing security, and delivering strategic cloud and infrastructure transformation initiatives.

Working closely with application owners, vendors, and internal technology stakeholders, you will contribute to ensuring a secure, scalable, and future-ready technology environment. The role also includes Level 3 support responsibilities and participation in an on-call roster.

Key Responsibilities

- Support, maintain, and enhance Microsoft infrastructure across on-premises and Azure environments.
- Manage and administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and related enterprise platforms.
- Deliver infrastructure upgrades, cloud migration initiatives, and platform modernisation programs.
- Manage endpoint technologies including Microsoft Intune and SCCM.
- Improve infrastructure security through identity and access management, vulnerability remediation, patching, and system hardening.
- Provide Level 3 technical support and participate in an on-call support roster.
- Collaborate with vendors, application owners, and internal stakeholders to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.

Skills & Experience
- Strong previous experience in Systems Engineering within medium to large enterprise environments.
- Deep expertise across Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Azure.
- Hands-on experience with VMware, SCCM, Microsoft Intune, and enterprise infrastructure technologies.
- Experience delivering Azure cloud transformation, migration, or infrastructure modernisation projects.
- Robust PowerShell scripting capabilities and automation experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Exposure to infrastructure security best practices, lifecycle management, and operational excellence.

Nice to Have
- Linux/Unix administration experience.
- AWS or GCP exposure and/or cloud certifications.
- VMware or ITIL certifications.
- Infrastructure as Code experience using Chef, Puppet, or Ansible.
- Exposure to CyberArk, Rapid7, EDR/XDR, SOAR, CIS, NIST, or ISO 27001 security frameworks.
