About You

We are looking for a Senior Test Analyst star based in Darwin or someone willing to relocate to Darwin at their own experience. Someone who is passionate about elevating the software development profession and ideally brings experience from a professional services/consulting background.

You will be engaging with project teams and collaborating with a range of stakeholders, making recommendations, providing guidance and sharing knowledge around testing best practices.

Along with excellent understanding of current and emerging software testing industry thinking, methodologies, standards, frameworks and processes, you’ll have experience in delivering complex testing solutions to a wide range of clients.

Please note: These are 12 month initial contracts with possible extensions starting September 2026 and is based in Darwin, Northern Territory.

$80/hour inclusive of superannuation on offer.

The experience, skills and attributes we are looking for include but are not limited to:





- Proven experience working as a Test Analyst on government projects is ideal
- Execution of test strategies, plans and cases
- Some automation testing experience
- TestComplete - SmartBear - Ideally but experience in a similar tool is desirable
- API testing using Postman
- Hands on experience with TestRail, Zephyr, Confluence and/or Jira
- MicroFocus ALM
- System integration testing and UAT
- Regression test script execution
- Experienced in Agile projects
- Scrums / Sprints
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills including the ability to influence others and work collaboratively to make decisions
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and management capability

Qualifications & desirables:

- Computer Science / Information Technology related university degree
- ISTQB Foundations certification is highly regarded but not essential
