About The Role::

We're seeking an ambitious, data-driven Growth & Performance Marketer to own full-funnel performance strategy across paid media, conversion rate optimisation and lifecycle marketing. Your expertise will directly impact the bottom line as you design, test and scale programs that grow traffic, leads, revenue and customer lifetime value.

In this role, you'll work closely with digital, creative and product teams to unlock growth opportunities and deliver measurable results for our clients and the agency.

Work on leading and global brands across most verticals including fashion, auto, retail, energy/renewables, service providers and more.

Performance Strategy

- Develop and implement growth strategies across key channels (search, social, display, programmatic, affiliates) ?
- Build and manage always-on and campaign-based paid media programs with a focus on ROI ?
- Identify new channels, tactics and partnerships to unlock growth opportunities ?

Conversion & Experimentation

- Lead CRO initiatives across landing pages and websites, including experimentation and A/B testing ?
- Partner with CRM/email teams to design nurture flows that improve conversion and retention ?
- Design and run experiments, making data-driven decisions to optimise performance ?

Analytics & Reporting

- Build dashboards, monitor performance and communicate insights and recommendations ?
- Track and report on growth metrics, customer acquisition costs and lifetime value ?
- Present performance results and strategic recommendations to stakeholders ?️

About You::

- 3 years in performance marketing, growth or digital acquisition roles
- Strong hands-on experience with major ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Proven track record of hitting growth and revenue targets




- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and similar platforms
- Comfortable designing and running experiments, and making decisions from data
- Experience with conversion rate optimisation tools and methodologies
- Commercially minded, inquisitive and motivated by rapid testing and learning
- Agency experience highly desirable
