A full-service digital marketing agency in Penrith has had a standout year of growth — expanding across SEO, paid media, design, web development, and content — and the SEO team is growing to match. You'd be working across genuinely varied industries: finance, trade, SaaS, hospitality, eCommerce. Different problems every week, not the same vertical on repeat.

This isn't a role where you're buried in a single account doing metadata tweaks. You'll run your own client roadmaps, from audit through to implementation, and take ownership of performance outcomes. You report to the Head of SEO, but the accounts are yours to drive.

What You'll Actually Do

- Build structured SEO roadmaps for clients based on audit findings — not one-off recommendations
- Write and implement on-page content: service pages, collection pages, in-depth guides
- Run keyword research and targeting using SEMrush
- Execute technical SEO fixes across crawlability, indexing, structured data, and Core Web Vitals
- Implement changes directly into Webflow, WordPress, Shopify, and HubSpot




- Monitor performance post-implementation using GA4, Search Console, and SEMrush
- Flag issues and performance concerns proactively with the Head of SEO — not wait to be asked
- Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to speed up workflows, and actually get good at prompting them

Who This Suits You don't need 10 years in the game. What matters is that you've got 2-3 years of real SEO experience and you actually give a damn about doing it properly.

- You understand the three pillars of SEO cold — technical, on-page, and off-page
- You're proactive: you find issues before a client asks why rankings dropped
- You're genuinely into SEO news and AI developments, not just clocking in
- You can juggle multiple client accounts without dropping the ball
- You're comfortable working in a CMS, not just recommending changes for someone else to implement
- Agency experience is a plus but not a dealbreaker — in-house or freelance counts too
