Lime Recruitment is currently working with a large Queensland Government client to recruit an experienced Service Delivery Coordinator. In this role, you will support the Service Delivery Manager (SDM) in the operational management of ICT services and technologies powering the Queensland Drivers Licence Program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary operational contact for customers, managing enquiries, service communications, and coordinating regular engagement meetings.
- Serve as the primary contact for vendors and external stakeholders, contributing to regular service reviews, operational meetings, and action tracking.
- Manage day-to-day operational activities, including fault triage, service desk escalations, and issue resolution across customers, support teams, and vendors.
- Oversee hardware asset management (break/fix, spares pool, and audits), BAU tasks, and lifecycle activities.
- Track operational risks/issues, maintain service documentation, and support procedures/knowledge articles.
- Assist the SDM with program budget management, contracts, the Technology Lifecycle Plan, minor works delivery, and cost recovery agreements.
- Contribute to ICT projects involving the Queensland Drivers Licence Program and build solid internal/external stakeholder relationships.
About You:
- 3–5 years in service management, ICT operations, managed services, or service delivery roles, preferably within Queensland Government environments.
- Strong background working in ITIL-based environments, managing incidents, problems, escalations, and vendor relationships.
- Proven ability to coordinate technical teams without direct authority and run operational service meetings independently.
- Able to manage vendor escalations, resolve complex incidents, maintain risk/issue registers, and proactively identify service improvement opportunities.
- Strong customer focus with exceptional engagement skills, high curiosity, and a willingness to learn.
