About the Role An experienced Administration Supervisor is required to lead and oversee site administration functions across two site operations. This opportunity has arisen while the current Administration Supervisor undertakes a three-month secondment.

The successful candidate will initially be engaged on a three-month contract, with strong potential for the position to transition into a permanent role. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Site Administrator looking to step into a leadership position or for an established Administration Supervisor seeking their next challenge.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate administration activities across the Beta Hunt and Higginsville sites.
- Provide direct leadership and support to Site Administration teams.
- Ensure efficient administration processes and site support services are maintained.
- Partner with operational departments, including Mining and Maintenance, to support business requirements.
- Drive a high standard of administrative performance, compliance, and service delivery.
- Mentor, support, and develop administration personnel across both operations.




- Act as the key point of contact for site administration matters.

Direct Reports

- 4 Site Administrators

Indirect Reports
- 2 Administration personnel within Maintenance
- 2 Administration personnel within Mining

The role is responsible for supporting and leading the broader administration function across both mining operations.

Candidate Requirements

Essential

- Extensive mining administration experience.
- Minimum 4+ years’ experience within the mining industry.
- Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a site-based environment.
- Proven leadership capability with experience managing or mentoring teams.

Desirable
- Previous experience as a Senior Site Administrator/Supervisor
- Prior Administration Supervisor experience.
- Experience supporting multiple operational departments within a mining environment.
- A strong Senior Site Administrator ready to step into a supervisory role will also be considered.
