About the Position
This is a key project administration role supporting the smooth and efficient delivery of mining and civil construction projects. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will coordinate project administration, reporting, mobilisation, travel, timesheets, procurement and stakeholder communication while ensuring client and company requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Project Manager and project team.
· Maintain accurate project records, reporting systems, registers and documentation.
· Coordinate timesheets, rosters, accommodation, travel and employee mobilisation.
· Raise purchase orders, process invoices and assist with project cost administration.
· Liaise with clients, contractors,
suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
· Support compliance with company processes, WHS, quality, environmental and client requirements.
Experience Required
· Previous experience in project, site, business or administration support, preferably within mining, construction or a similar industry.
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
· Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
· High attention to detail and accuracy across data entry, reporting and documentation.
· Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
· Experience with integrated management systems and/or project management systems is highly desirable.
