We are looking for 2 experienced and detail-oriented Site Planners to join our project delivery team working on large-scale data centre and infrastructure projects across Sydney.

About the Role

Site Planner will play a key role in project planning, scheduling, progress tracking, Reporting and coordination of construction activities to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

✔Develop and maintain project construction programs

✔Monitor site progress against baseline schedules

✔Coordinate with Project managers, Supervisors , Project engineers, and subcontractors

✔Prepare short-term and long-term lookahead programs

✔Identify critical path activities and project risks

✔Produce progress reports,



manpower histograms, and schedule updates

✔Support resource planning , Labor Analysis and productivity tracking

✔Assist with delay analysis and recovery programs

Requirements

✔ Experience in construction planning and scheduling

✔ Robust knowledge of Electrical scope

✔ Strong knowledge of Primavera P6

✔ Experience in data centre and infrastructure projects

✔ Strong analytical and reporting skills

✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment

✔ Excellent communication and coordination abilities
