Role: Site Reliability Engineer (Dynatrace experience must)

Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support for Dynatrace and ELK stack, troubleshooting issues and ensuring optimal performance.

- Monitor system performance and reliability, implementing improvements as necessary.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and enhance system capabilities.

- Document technical processes, solutions, and best practices for future reference.

- Assist in the deployment and configuration of monitoring tools and systems.

- Participate in on-call support rotation to address urgent technical issues as they arise.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to SRE and monitoring solutions.

Mandatory Skills:

- Proven experience with Dynatrace as a monitoring and performance management tool.

- Robust understanding of Site Reliability Engineering principles and practices.

- Experience with ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)



for log management and analysis.

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their monitoring tools.

- Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash) for automation tasks.

- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Understanding of networking concepts and protocols.

- Experience in a customer-facing technical support role.

Qualifications:

- 4+ years of experience in a technical support or SRE role.

- Relevant certifications in Dynatrace or related technologies are a plus.
