About Us

Pindan Beef Company Pty Limited is an abattoir located in a remote regional area (between Broome and Derby) of Australia. It is the only large-scale, export accredited beef processing facility located in Northern Western Australia. The plant is scheduled to commence its reopening operations this year in October 2026.

About the Role

We’re seeking Skilled Meat Workers to join our team in permanent, full-time positions at our large-scale processing facility in Derby, WA.

Your key responsibilities are, but not limited to:

- Performing skilled boning, slicing, or slaughtering tasks to meet production requirements.
- Handling knives and equipment safely and efficiently to ensure precision and quality.
- Adhering to workplace health and safety regulations, food hygiene practices, and company policies.
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment in line with industry standards.




- Working as part of a team to meet production targets and operational deadlines.

About You

- Proven experience in a meat processing facility as a Boner, Slicer or Slaughterman
- Proficient knife handling skills, including safe and productive use of cutting tools
- Reliability and punctuality
- Physically fit to perform manual work in a fast-paced environment
- High standards of personal hygiene and commitment to safe work practices
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team
- Ability to pass a physio and medical assessment to meet physical job demands
