We’re seeking a Social Content Producer to join our growing Jack Nimble team in Sydney!

In 2021, Jack Nimble joined Sparro, Australia’s largest independent digital marketing agency. Together, we combine creative thinking with deep performance expertise, giving our ideas the power to travel further and perform harder.

Position Description The Social Media Manager & Video Director will work closely with clients to build their brand identity and presence across social media. They’ll have their finger on the pulse with all things social media - from best-practice, trends, to platform-updates - and use this knowledge to create social content from concept to delivery.

For this particular role, ideally you will have had experience in the financial services sector. This role will be predominantly working on creative for a financial company.

Responsibilities

- Content Management
- write, plan and create content for always on and paid social media activity

- Social Strategy

- have your finger on the pulse with all things social, using insights, results and trends to continuously improve content and identify opportunities for clients

- Content Directo r - work with JN creatives to visualise, storyboard and create director treatments
- Director : Direct shoots and talent. Work with JN creatives and producers to bring a shoot to life. Have a strong background in creating directors treatments.
- Content Creation

- Work with production teams consisting of shooters, editors, animators and designers to get content made

Skills

- Understand culture and can spot a trend on social as it emerges




- Has a passion for social-first video content and a full understanding of the best specs, lengths and practices
- Confident taking creative ideas and turning them into social directors treatments
- Confident briefing and providing feedback to editors, designers and creators to ensure content is on-brand and fit-for-channel
- Has strong organisational and communication skills, capable of multi-tasking various projects
- Detail oriented, ensuring quality control of all internal and external work
- Takes on board feedback well, showing empathy at all times
- Listens to clients and understands their challenges and how we can help solve them
- Can get on the tools to create content if needed (e.g. Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut, filming on a phone, etc.)

Performance Measurement The performance will be determined based on their ability to:

- Consistently deliver social-first content on time and on budget
- Identify opps for their clients to latch onto new social media trends, platforms and content techniques
- Keep their clients happy and constantly coming back to Jack Nimble
- Demonstrate leadership qualities and an ability to work independently
