Company Description Thriive WA provides life-changing respite programs for at-risk and disadvantaged children aged 7-16 and their families - creating protected spaces where children can laugh freely, build confidence, and simply be kids again.
EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
Thriive WA is seeking Expressions of Interest for the position of Social Worker (Program Manager).
We are inviting applications from suitably qualified Social Workers to support the assessment of child referrals and oversee Thriive WA's safeguarding processes.
This is a 0.2-0.4 FTE position (1-2 days per week) based at Thriive HQ, Aquinas College, 58 Mt Henry Road, Salter Point. The successful applicant will commence on 14 September 2026.
The ideal candidate will hold a relevant tertiary qualification in Social Work and have an understanding of Thriive WA's programs and values. This is a fixed-term position,
with the possibility of extension into 2027.
Please note that the role may also involve supporting the delivery of Thriive programs and providing occasional operational assistance as required.
