Talk Energy is a rapidly growing WA-owned solar and battery company, and we're looking for an experienced Solar Roofer to join our installation team. We’re not looking for someone who simply wants a job. We want a tradesperson who takes pride in their workmanship, cares about quality and refuses to cut corners.
The Role
Working alongside our experienced solar electricians, you’ll be responsible for:
- Installing solar systems and across Perth and surrounds
- Working safely at heights and following WHS procedures
- Assessing and identifying potential issues
- Delivering clean, professional and high-quality installations
- Working closely with your peers to deliver the Talk Energy way
- Maintaining a clean and qualified worksite
- Respecting customers' homes and property like it was your own
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has proven roofing experience
- Has solar installation experience (highly regarded)
- Understands different roofing types and fixing methods
- Takes genuine pride in their workmanship
- Has a strong safety mindset
- Is reliable, punctual and professional
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Wants to build a long-term career with a growing company in a booming industry
