The Opportunity:

An exciting prospect has become available for an energetic and driven Leasing Consultant to join a highly regarded real estate agency in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.

This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced real estate receptionist looking to take the next step in their career, or an exceptional entry-level candidate wanting to break into the industry with a business that will genuinely invest in their development.

Joining a large, successful team, you will receive plenty of training and support while gaining hands-on exposure across leasing, property management and new business. The wider Property Management team places a strong focus on professional service and building positive relationships with tenants and landlords.

The Role:

Working closely with the Leasing, Property Management and Business Development teams, your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting open homes and private inspections
- Responding to email and leasing enquiries
- Processing and checking tenancy applications
- Advertising available properties
- Assisting with the preparation and marketing of new listings




- Liaising with prospective tenants throughout the leasing process
- Providing support to the Property Management team
- Assisting the BDM with new business where required
- Maintaining accurate information within Property Me
- Delivering a high level of customer service to tenants and clients

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for someone who is switched on, energetic and ready to build a long-term career in real estate.

You may already be working in reception or administration and looking for your next step, or you could be an A-grade entry-level candidate with the right attitude and drive to succeed.

To be successful, you will have:

- Current Certificate of Registration
- Current driver’s license and reliable car
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- A proactive, positive and professional attitude
- Confidence dealing with clients and prospective tenants
- A genuine interest in building a career within Property Management

A current Certificate of Registration or real estate license and NSW driver’s license are essential requirements for the role.
