ServiceNow Developers (Junior, Mid & Senior)

Location: Sydney preferred (open to other Australian locations) Work Model: Hybrid 3 days/week in office Security Clearance: Active NV1 Required

About the Role -(Contract)

We are hiring multiple ServiceNow Developers across Junior, Mid and Senior levels to support a large Australian Federal Government transformation program. You'll be involved in developing, customizing and integrating ServiceNow solutions while delivering workflow automation and enterprise platform enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform

- Build and maintain scoped applications and platform configurations

- Design and implement workflow automations using Flow Designer and ServiceNow workflows

- Develop integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs

- Create reusable scripts, business rules, client scripts and UI components

- Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts and delivery teams to deliver scalable solutions

Skills & Experience

Junior Developer





- 1 3 years of ServiceNow development experience

- Platform configuration, scripting and workflow development

- Knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow fundamentals

Mid-Level Developer

- 3 5 years of ServiceNow development

- Strong scripting, scoped applications and integration experience

- Experience delivering workflow automation and platform customizations

Senior Developer

- 5+ years of ServiceNow development

- Advanced scripting and complex platform customization

- Strong experience with scoped applications, integrations and enterprise workflow automation

- Ability to mentor developers and contribute to solution design

Mandatory Requirements
- Active NV1 Security Clearance

- Australian Citizenship

- Ability to work in a hybrid workplace (3 days/week in office)
