We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to support the leadership of our diverse and dynamic Food & Beverage operation, including restaurants, bars, conferencing and events, and in-room dining.
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting the strategic and operational management of all hotel Food & Beverage outlets.
- Driving revenue growth and profitability through innovative promotions, action plans, and guest-focused initiatives.
- Maintaining Sofitel luxury service standards and brand excellence across all operations.
- Leading and developing Food & Beverage Managers, Supervisors, and outlet teams.
- Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, payroll planning, and financial reporting.
- Monitoring market trends, guest feedback, and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
- Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Culinary teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
- Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety, liquor licensing, and company policies.
- Championing employee engagement, career development, and a positive workplace culture.
