We are currently seeking experienced Chefs & Aged Care Chefs to join our team.

About You:
- Previous experience working as a Chef in a commercial kitchen workplace
- Ideally three years or more experience as a Chef de Partie (or above)
- Availability to work during the day for a minimum of two days per week
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification
- A valid Police Check or willing to obtain
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, following proper sanitation procedures
- Familiarity with HACCP standards, WH&S; guidelines, and safe food handling practices
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
For Aged Care Chefs Only:
- Up-to-date Covid & Flu vaccinations
- Able to work independently to prepare and cook meals for a small group of residents
- Previous experience in Aged Care cookery
- Able to collaborate with the care team to ensure individual dietary needs are met, including considerations for allergies, intolerances, and cultural preferences
- Genuine care and compassion for the well-being of the residents you are cooking for
- Working With Vulnerable People is highly regarded
