About the Role

As a Speech Pathologist at TLC, you will:
- Provide evidence-based assessments and therapy for children and families.
- Support NDIS participants and collaborate with schools, preschools, and community services.
- Work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including other Speech Pathologists, OT's Psychologists and Social Workers .
- Receive structured mentorship and professional development to support your growth opportunities.
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available at our Milton centre.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Criteria
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology (or equivalent).
- Speech Pathology Australia Membership (or eligibility).
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
- Current NSW Driver’s Licence.
- A passion for family-centred, evidence-based therapy.
