Full-Time | eCommerce Fulfilment Warehouse We are looking for an experienced and reliable Stock Picker Operator / Warehouse Picker to join our growing warehouse team.
This is a hands-on picking role primarily operating a Stock Picker / Order Picker forklift to pick stock from warehouse racking for customer orders.

About the Role
Your primary responsibility will be picking stock accurately and efficiently from our warehouse using a Stock Picker. Day-to-day duties will include:
- Operating a Stock Picker / Order Picker forklift throughout the warehouse
- Picking products from pallet racking and shelving
- Picking stock accurately against system-generated picking tasks
- Scanning products and warehouse locations using RF scanners
- Safely operating at height while picking from racking
- Meeting daily picking productivity and accuracy KPIs
- Replenishing picking locations where required
- Identifying and reporting stock discrepancies
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work area
- Following all warehouse and forklift safety procedures
- Assisting with other warehouse duties when required
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is reliable, switched on and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current LO (Order Picking Forklift Truck) licence
- Previous experience operating a Stock Picker / Order Picker
- Confidence working at height
- Previous warehouse picking experience
- Good attention to detail and a strong focus on picking accuracy
- The ability to work efficiently and consistently throughout a shift
- Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems
- Good communication skills
- A strong understanding of warehouse and forklift safety
- Reliability and punctuality
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Experience within an eCommerce, 3PL or high-volume fulfilment warehouse will be highly regarded.
