Meet your new team

Based out of our newly updated Balcatta store, you will be joining a high energy, supportive team, working collaboratively to deliver outstanding customer service to drive in store sales and growth.

How you will make an impact

Some of the key responsibilities in the role will include:

- End to end store management from rostering, inventory management, team management to sales delivery.




- Managing store merchandising and marketing in collaboration with the Area Manager and marketing teams.
- Coaching and training your team through leading by example.
- Being solution and outcomes focused, driving process improvements and being a champion for customer success.
- Consistently achieving performance KPI's and revenue targets.

Your skills and experience

- 3+ years team management within a small format store workplace.
- Product/inventory management experience with an understanding of product repairs/warranty claims.
- Strong understanding of store metrics, budgets and KPI's.
- Leading by example, demonstrating how you have developed your teams.
- A go-getter mindset to proactively address operational improvements.
- Be able to work a rotating roster as needed.
