Game Over North Lakes is seeking an exceptional Venue Manager to lead our newest and most exciting venue.

This is not a desk job. This is a hands-on role responsible for delivering outstanding guest experiences, developing a high-performing team and driving venue performance across all areas of the business.

About The Role

As Venue Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the venue while leading a team of supervisors, shift managers and frontline staff. You will be responsible for:
- Leading, engaging and developing a large team
- Delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Managing labour, productivity and venue profitability
- Recruitment, training and staff development
- Rostering and workforce planning
- Ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures
- Driving sales and achieving business targets
- Managing customer feedback and service recovery




- Creating a positive and energetic workplace culture

About You

We are looking for a strong operational leader who genuinely enjoys working with people. You may currently be a:
- Restaurant Manager
- Assistant Restaurant Manager
- Venue Manager
- Operations Manager
- Retail Store Manager
- Entertainment Centre Manager
- Hospitality Manager

Experience as a manager with QSR brands such as McDonald's, Guzman y Gomez, Grill'd, Zambrero or similar environments will be highly regarded. To be successful, you will demonstrate:
- Proven experience leading large teams
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership ability
- A positive, energetic and solutions-focused attitude
- Experience managing labour costs and business performance
- The ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
- A passion for developing and mentoring others
