About the role
Melbourne Girls Grammar is seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Student Enterprise Co-ordinator to join the School on a fixed-term leave replacement contract from October 2026 to Friday 21 May 2027.
This agile role leads and designs programs that inspire students to learn beyond the classroom. Through enterprise initiatives, service learning, exchanges, tours, industry partnerships and co-curricular opportunities, students are encouraged to develop the skills, confidence and connections needed to thrive in a rapidly changing world.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the Student Enterprise Program, including enterprise initiatives, service learning opportunities and student leadership experiences.
- Coordinate student exchanges, study tours and other local, national and international experiential learning opportunities.
- Foster and maintain partnerships with community organisations, charities, exchange providers and industry partners.
- Support students to develop employability skills through initiatives such as mock interviews, workshops and industry engagement opportunities.
- Promote student philanthropy and service learning opportunities aligned with the School's values and commitment to community engagement.
- Collaborate with curricular and co-curricular leaders to support the planning and administration of tours, camps, competitions and other experiential learning programs.
- Develop communications and promotional materials that showcase opportunities and celebrate student participation and achievement.
- Monitor program participation, budgets and outcomes, and contribute to the ongoing development of innovative student experiences.

About you

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality programs and positive student outcomes.
- An interest in education and developing the enterprise, leadership and employability skills of young people.
- Hold, or be willing to obtain, a current Victorian Working with Children Check and First Aid and CPR certification.
