The Australian team is close-knit and works closely with global colleagues and external logistics partners to support the reliable supply of healthcare products across the local market.
An opportunity has become available for a Casual Supply Chain Associate to provide ad hoc support to the Supply Chain team during periods of increased workload and planned leave.
This is not a permanent full-time or part time position. Instead, you'll become a trained member of the team, providing support during a period of leave.
Initially, you'll receive approximately three half-days of training, followed by two - three weeks of regular half-day shifts during September while the Supply Chain Associate is on planned leave. Following this, you'll be contacted for additional half-day shifts during busy periods as required.
This role offers excellent exposure to pharmaceutical supply chain, inventory management, reporting and logistics within a highly regulated healthcare environment.
Duties
- Process supply chain transactions
- Prepare daily stock reports
- Monitor inventory levels
- Reconcile inventory data
- Assist with order processing
- Update ERP systems
- Track inbound shipments
- Liaise with logistics providers
- Support Quality coordination
- General supply chain administration
Skills & Experience
- Supply Chain or Logistics experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to commit to a part time casual role particularly during September
- Ability to work on site in Macquarie Park
