Role Description The Supply Chain Analyst / Logistics Coordinator role is a part-time remote position responsible for supporting end-to-end supply chain and logistics activities. Daily tasks include analyzing demand and inventory data, preparing reports, and providing recommendations to optimize stock levels and order fulfillment. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure timely movement of goods, accurate documentation, and adherence to service-level expectations.

The individual will monitor supply chain operations, track key performance indicators, and help resolve operational issues or delays. This position requires consistent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while aligning activities with ABCIPL’s service standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Demand Planning and Inventory Management skills to forecast needs and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, generate insights,



and prepare clear, actionable reports.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication abilities to collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and clients.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Supply Chain Operations, including order processing, logistics coordination, and basic documentation.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Commerce, Business, or a related field are beneficial.
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems, spreadsheets, and basic data analysis tools is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work productively in a remote, part-time setting are important.
- Prior experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations support within professional services or similar environments is a plus.
