As our Supply Planning Manager, you’ll lead and optimise our supply planning function across Australia and Current Zealand, ensuring we achieve our customer service, inventory and working capital objectives through effective planning, supplier collaboration and cross-functional alignment.
Reporting to the Head of Integrated Business Planning, you’ll lead a team of two and play a critical role in balancing supply and demand, improving product availability, managing inventory risk and embedding disciplined planning practices across the organisation.
What you’ll do
- Lead the supply planning function across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring inventory is positioned to support customer service and business requirements.
- Create and manage purchase orders in line with agreed planning parameters to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Identify, communicate and mitigate supply risks to support continuity of supply and product availability.
- Lead the weekly S&OE; forum, driving clear decisions and actions to balance short-term supply and demand.
- Lead the Supply Review within the Integrated Business Planning process, providing supply plans, capacity assessments, inventory projections and risk mitigation recommendations.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to effectively manage new product introductions, product transitions and phase-outs.
- Work closely with suppliers and freight forwarders to minimise delays and maintain accurate shipping and delivery information.
- Provide suppliers with regular forecasts to support effective production planning and product availability.
- Reduce slow-moving and obsolete inventory through disciplined planning, proactive risk management and strong cross-functional collaboration.
- Maintain accurate lead times, minimum order quantities and planning parameters across MRP and ERP systems.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across supply planning processes.
- Lead, coach and develop the Supply Planning team, building a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.

What you’ll bring
- Demonstrated experience in supply planning, tactical planning and execution management.
- Experience leading a supply planning team and developing individual and team capability.
- Strong knowledge of S&OE; processes and experience contributing to an Integrated Business Planning environment.
- Highly developed analytical skills and a data driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong systems thinking, with the ability to understand connections across supply, demand, inventory and commercial priorities.
- Experience using MRP or ERP systems and maintaining accurate, reliable planning and master data.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to work across Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Finance and senior leadership.
- Experience supporting new product development stage-gate processes, product launches and phase-outs.
- A continuous improvement mindset, supported by practical root-cause analysis and corrective-action capability.
- A performance-focused leadership style and the ability to create clarity, accountability and momentum across a team.

- Achievement of 95% or greater DIFOT.
- Delivery of agreed inventory targets.
- Reduction of slow-moving, obsolete and at-risk inventory.
- Consistent adherence to the supply planning calendar.
- Accurate and reliable master data across ERP and planning systems.
- Timely identification and mitigation of supply and product availability risks.
- A capable, accountable and collaborative Supply Planning team
