About The Role Make a difference in young people's lives. Join our Youth Residential Recovery Program, supporting 16–25-year-olds with mental health challenges through recovery-focused, trauma-informed care in a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Your Duties Include

- Provide recovery oriented services to young people, both in group and individual settings
- Coach and support the team, providing leadership when required
- Participate in the co-design and facilitation of group activities, providing reports and recommendations
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide secondary consult, expert advice and practice support to staff across the program to ensure a balance of risk assessment and recovery orientated practice

Our Ideal Candidate

- Tertiary qualification and/or commensurate work experience in fields related to mental health, youth or health
- Extensive experience in working with young people who may have a range of complex needs relating to their mental health
- Experience in leading, mentoring and/or supporting staff within a team.
- Demonstrated experience in and/or understanding of residential service provision in health or community services
