Skills & Experience
- A flexible approach to work — you are happy to support across various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
- Disability Industry experience.
- Experience in Mental Health and Behaviour Support Plans.
- You have experience supporting people with varying physical, cognitive or behavioural needs — and always lead with respect.
- The ability to stay calm, think quickly, and provide steady, confident support — even when things get challenging.
- A positive attitude, a team spirit, and a genuine passion for helping others achieve their goals.
- You are confident with manual handling, PEG feeding, medication administration, and safe transport.
- You love learning, connecting, and helping others live more independently.
