We are a busy sushi takeaway in Yokine looking for a reliable and experienced Sushi Maker / All Rounder member to join us full time.

We’re looking for someone with previous experience in sushi, Japanese food, food preparation or a fast-paced commercial kitchen. Sushi rolling experience is highly regarded, but training will be provided for the right experienced candidate.

The role

- Making and rolling sushi
- Daily food preparation
- Customer service
- Restocking and maintaining product presentation
- Keeping work areas clean and organised
- Working efficiently during busy service periods
- Monitoring stock levels and stock ordering

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has previous experience in a fast-paced food or kitchen environment
- Sushi-making experience is highly regarded
- Works quickly while maintaining quality and consistency
- Is reliable, punctual and organised
- Takes initiative and can work independently
- Is a quick learner and open to feedback
- Is available Monday–Friday, 38 hours per week

- $60,000–$65,000 + super, depending on experience
