What you’ll be doing

Reporting to the Head of IT ANZ you’ll be involved in

- Working with global internal technology, business and project teams to deliver systems and user support, device management, and staff onboarding and offboarding responsibilities

In this capacity, your responsibilities will include
- supporting technology solutions that bring business process and existing tooling together to meet the wider business needs.
- Ensuring new systems are delivered with appropriate documentation and change management.
- Managing and maintaining internal business systems.
- Supporting internal business in their use of our business systems.

we’d still like to hear from you.

- 2+ years of experience as a systems administrator or help desk support
- Proven experience in managing and maintaining MS Entra and Intune.
- Experience in managing and maintaining SaaS business platforms and technologies.
- Familiarity with modern security tools and requirements.
- Implementing or operating in an ISO27001 environment.
- Well-rounded analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal clients and internal teams.

What your impact and success looks like We expect your success and impact in the early stages of your career with us to look something like this:

Within 1 month:

- Gain familiarity with the organisation's systems, infrastructure, software platforms, and integration tools.
- Gain an understanding of the JLT (Joiner, Leaver, Transfer) process
- Support the team with ticket escalations
- Review existing documentation related to systems, processes, and projects.

Within 3 months:

- Become familiar with ongoing projects, gaining a better understanding of project requirements, challenges, and opportunities
- Fully understand our systems and processes




- Engage in targeted training or self-study to enhance technical skills relevant to the role, such as scripting languages, third party SaaS training
- Understand our user needs, gather requirements, and provide support on IT and business systems issues.
- Actively contribute to problem-solving efforts within our user, hardware, and software eco-system

Within 6 months:

- Comfortably work on service desk tickets with minimal or no assistance.
- Have contributed as part of a wider team on several key projects, showing attention to detail and adherence to scope, cost and time parameters.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement or optimization within our process
- Share insights and lessons learned with team members, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
