Role Description The Systems Coordinator / Technical Support Specialist is a part time, remote role responsible for supporting the technical infrastructure that underpins AI consulting projects and internal operations. This role will manage and monitor systems, coordinate access and configurations, and ensure that information technology tools, platforms, and workflows run reliably. Day-to-day tasks include responding to technical support requests, diagnosing and resolving system and application issues, documenting solutions, and escalating complex problems when needed.

The specialist will collaborate with consultants and leadership to maintain secure, efficient environments for data, collaboration, and AI tools, while contributing to continuous improvement of internal processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to diagnose issues, interpret system data, and support process improvement.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to document incidents, coordinate with team members,



and provide clear guidance to non-technical stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess System Administration skills, including user management, configuration, and basic security practices in cloud and SaaS environments.
- Candidates should possess Information Technology knowledge covering hardware, software, networks, and common productivity and collaboration platforms.
- Candidates should possess Technical Support experience, including remote troubleshooting, ticket management, and customer-focused problem resolution.
- Experience with AI-related tools, data platforms, or workflow automation is beneficial.
- Familiarity with manufacturing or industrial environments and their operational systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage priorities in a part-time schedule, and maintain high standards of reliability and confidentiality.
