Bendigo | $70 per hour + Super | 100% Onsite | Immediate Start A leading heavy industry organisation in Bendigo is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to join their team on a contract basis. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role requiring an experienced recruiter who can hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
Working closely with operational leaders, you will manage end-to-end recruitment across a range of technical, trade, operational and corporate positions, supporting critical workforce needs within a complex industrial environment.
Your new role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple vacancies
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
- Conduct screening, interviews and candidate assessments
- Manage recruitment activities through the ATS
- Coordinate contracts, onboarding and stakeholder communication
- Provide market insights and recruitment advice to leaders
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Internal Recruitment role
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment
- Experience recruiting for blue-collar, technical or industrial roles highly regarded
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and deliver results with limited support
