At HomeRepair, we're looking for an experienced Team Leader - Escape of Liquid to lead, coach and develop a team of Case Managers delivering outstanding outcomes for customers following water damage and Escape of Liquid events.

This is an opportunity for an experienced people leader from insurance, claims, repairs, restoration, property or customer operations to take ownership of team performance, customer experience and operational excellence in a growing national business.

You'll play a key role in developing capability, driving engagement and ensuring customers receive exceptional support throughout their repair journey.

About the Role

As Team Leader, you'll be responsible for:

- Leading, coaching and developing a team of Case Managers
- Driving performance against customer, quality and operational targets
- Supporting complex claims, escalations and customer resolutions
- Creating a positive, high-performing and customer-focused team culture
- Managing workloads, workflow and claim progression
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, insurers and trade partners
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and customer outcomes
- Supporting change initiatives and business growth

- Strong coaching, mentoring and performance management skills

Highly Regarded

- Insurance claims experience
- Escape of Liquid claims knowledge
- Property repair, restoration or building industry experience
- Experience managing customer escalations and complex customer matters
- Relevant leadership, insurance or business qualifications
