A globally recognised luxury retailer in Sydney CBD is seeking an experienced Senior Client Advisor to join its high-performing boutique. This is an opportunity to represent an iconic luxury brand where exceptional client relationships, personalised service and commercial excellence are at the heart of every interaction. You will be a true brand ambassador, delivering an elevated client experience while supporting the leadership team in driving boutique performance. Mandarin or Cantonese language skills are highly regarded due to the client demographic, but are not essential.
About the Role

- Deliver an exceptional end-to-end luxury client experience, building meaningful and long-lasting relationships.
- Drive individual sales performance while contributing to boutique targets and commercial success.
- Develop and grow a loyal client portfolio through proactive clienteling and personalised follow-up.
- Support the Boutique Manager with daily operations and lead by example on the sales floor.
- Mentor and inspire junior team members, sharing product knowledge and luxury service standards.
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising, presentation and operational excellence.




- Collaborate with the wider team to create a seamless, premium in-store experience.
- Confidently engage with a diverse clientele, with Mandarin or Cantonese language skills viewed favourably.

About You

- Experience as a Senior Client Advisor, Senior Sales Associate, Client Advisor or similar within RTW luxury retail.
- A genuine passion for luxury retail, styling and creating memorable client experiences.
- Proven ability to exceed individual sales targets and build a strong returning client base.
- Naturally relationship-focused with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A polished, professional presentation and strong attention to detail.
- A team-oriented team player who enjoys mentoring others and leading by example.
- Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills are highly regarded but not essential.

The Package

- $70,000–$80,000 + Super (depending on experience)
- Bonus and commission opportunities
