Our client is seeking an IT Service Desk Associate to join their support team on a permanent basis. This role offers an opportunity to develop technical support skills in a structured environment, providing first-line assistance to end users and contributing to the smooth operation of their IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will handle incident management, troubleshooting, and user support across a range of systems and applications.

Preferred Requirements

- Demonstrated experience in a service desk or technical support role, or equivalent hands-on IT support experience

- Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service management processes
- Ability to work methodically through problems and document solutions accurately

Preferred Qualifications

- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent IT support qualification
- ITIL Foundation certification or demonstrated knowledge of IT service management principles
- Experience with common enterprise systems, remote support tools, or network administration.
