An iconic international fashion retailer is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead its Sydney Mid City Flagship store. The Opportunity

Leading from the front, you'll be responsible for the overall success of this flagship location, inspiring your team to deliver outstanding results while creating an engaging and memorable shopping experience for every customer.

This role offers the opportunity to showcase your leadership capabilities within a global fashion business that genuinely invests in its people, rewards success, and provides clear pathways for future career growth.

Roster: Tuesday to Saturday roster.

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Leading all aspects of the flagship store's day-to-day operations.
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing a high-performing retail team.
- Driving sales, profitability, and store KPI performance.
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience through robust leadership on the shop floor.
- Maintaining outstanding visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
- Managing stock, rostering,



and operational excellence.
- Creating a positive, collaborative, and results-driven team culture.

What They're Looking For

- Previous Store Management experience within fashion retail.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing people.
- A commercial mindset with a proven ability to drive sales and business performance.
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised with strong operational capability.
- A hands-on leader who enjoys being present on the shop floor.

Salary & Benefits

- $70,000 - $72,000 + super + $1,000 annual wardrobe allowance + bonus potential.
