THE ROLE

Working within a professional and supportive cruise sales team, you’ll manage enquiries from direct passengers via phone and email, providing personalised advice and creating complete cruise holiday packages.

- Consulting with clients to understand their travel style, preferences and budget
- Recommending the right cruise line, ship, itinerary and cabin to suit each client
- Booking ocean, river and other cruise products across destinations worldwide
- Creating complete holiday packages including flights, accommodation, transfers and additional travel arrangements
- Managing bookings from initial enquiry through to departure
- Maximising sales opportunities through effective upselling and cross-selling
- Building strong client relationships and encouraging repeat and referral business
- Providing exceptional service and expert cruise advice throughout the booking journey
- Working towards individual and team sales targets and KPIs
- Keeping up to date with new ships, itineraries, cruise lines and industry developments





With no walk-in clients, you'll have dedicated time to focus on your customers and deliver a highly personalised level of service.

WORKING ARRANGEMENTS

The role is initially office-based five days per week, allowing you to become fully immersed in the team, systems, products and company culture.

After successfully completing six months,



a hybrid working arrangement of up to two days from home per week may be considered, subject to performance and KPI achievement.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

We're looking for a confident travel sales professional who genuinely loves cruising and knows how to turn an enquiry into a booking.

- Previous travel consulting or travel reservations experience
- Strong cruise product knowledge and previous cruise sales experience
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Personal cruise travel experience and a genuine passion for cruising
- GDS knowledge, with Amadeus highly regarded
- Strong ability to upsell, cross-sell and identify additional sales opportunities
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- The ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced sales setting
- A proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach
- The ability to think independently and confidently recommend the best options for your clients
