What's the role?

Our Thebarton Calibration Centre is seeking a Customer Service Officer for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role will serve as the central link between customers, technicians, and workshop operations, ensuring efficient communication, accurate administration, and a high standard of customer service. Your key responsibilities include:

- Managing customer enquiries, bookings and quotes

- Coordinating technician schedules

- Providing clear and timely job updates

- Supporting Site Managers with workflow planning

- Maintaining accurate data and administrative records

Is this you?
We're seeking a proactive and professional individual who brings:

- Experience in customer service, scheduling or service advising (automotive highly regarded)

- A confident and professional phone manner

- Solid organisational and problem-solving skills

- High accuracy in data entry and administration





- Solid Microsoft Office skills

- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
