About the Role
As a key leader within the business, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving performance, leading and developing your team, and ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer service are maintained.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous management experience within the collision repair industry (essential)
- Robust leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making capability
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to set priorities, delegate effectively, and meet deadlines
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- A demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety
- Trade qualifications in Panel Beating or Spray Painting (highly regarded)
