About Us
The company is a leading design-and-build construction company based in Victoria with an established reputable track record. We deliver cutting-edge, cost-effective building solutions that guarantee every project is completed on time, within budget and to premium quality standards. Long-term client partnerships are built on our consistent ability to reliably deliver construction works across the full project lifecycle.

With our expanding project portfolio, we are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full lifecycle of various contracts (e.g. design services, building construction, subcontracts and material supply agreements), covering drafting, review, revision, execution and secure archiving in line with the company’s in-house end-to-end construction model.
- Negotiate contractual terms and amendments for new and revised agreements, conducting scope reviews and commercial risk assessments to monitor cost and programme implications.
- Prepare formal contractual correspondence, maintain effective communication with all internal and external stakeholders, and resolve general contractual enquiries and operational matters.

- Assess and verify progress claims and final payment applications from external parties, maintain accurate contract payment records and support compliant financial settlement procedures.
- Administer post-execution contract management procedures, monitor contractual obligations throughout the agreement term, and manage document finalisation and handover upon contract completion.
- Maintain a centralised contract register, accurately record contract key information, and monitor critical milestones, obligations and renewal or expiry dates.
- Compile regular contractual performance reports for internal management, identify potential contractual and commercial risks, and provide practical risk mitigation recommendations.

Essential Requirements

- Minimum 3 years proven working experience as a Contract Administrator.
- Diploma or higher qualification in BA, accounting or other related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; experience with contract-management software is advantageous.
- Good organisational and time-management skills, able to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with clients, external partners and internal stakeholders.
