Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Technical Inside Sales Representative to join our team based in St Marys, Western Sydney.

This role is ideal for an experienced customer-focused professional with a background in industrial products, trades, manufacturing, technical sales support, customer service, pumps, valves, instrumentation, fittings, electrical products, hydraulics, or other industrial equipment.

About the Role As a Technical Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role supporting customers, managing quotations, maintaining technical documentation, following up opportunities, and coordinating orders from enquiry through to delivery.

This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who is organised, customer-focused, enjoys solving problems, and can effectively manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare MRO and Technical quotations accurately and in a timely manner.
- Review customer specifications, datasheets, and technical requirements.
- Process customer orders and support order management activities.
- Maintain opportunities, quotations, and customer interactions within Salesforce.
- Update and manage Salesforce Quote Dashboards and sales pipeline information.
- Proactively follow up quotations and opportunities with customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and meetings.
- Assist with technical documentation, tender submissions, and customer correspondence.
- Coordinate with supply chain, operations, engineering, and vendors to obtain pricing and delivery information.
- Manage order changes, expedites, and customer requests.
- Support export customers with documentation and order-related enquiries.
- Maintain accurate records within ERP and CRM systems.
- Assist with sales forecasting and reporting activities.
- Ensure customer requirements are met while delivering exceptional service.





What We're Looking For:

Essential

- Previous experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, Estimating, Sales Support, Project Coordination, or a similar role.
- Robust communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.

Highly Regarded

- Experience in valves, pumps, pipe and fittings, hydraulics, instrumentation, mining, water, manufacturing, industrial equipment, or related industries.
- Mechanical trade, fitter, machinist, plumber, electrician, production, workshop, or technical background.
- Experience working with Salesforce, CRM systems, or ERP systems such as QAD.
- Experience preparing quotations or supporting technical sales activities.
