Tennis Coach – Casual | Bob's Tennis Academy, Marrickville NSW

Based at the courts in Marrickville, Bob Siely's Tennis Academy is led by Bob Siely, a Professional Tennis Australia Coach with over 25 years' experience coaching players of all ages and standards — from young juniors to budding superstars, and from serious competitors to those simply after great fitness through the sport. Bob is joined by his son Matt, a Junior Development Coach and brings top-level Australian playing experience. Together, they've built a club culture centred on developing players at every level, whatever their tennis goals may be.

We're looking for a Tennis Coach to join our team on a casual basis. Flexible availability welcome — the more days you can offer, the better! Sessions run after work/school hours during the weekdays, and during the morning on the weekends.

What you'll do:

- Deliver individual and group lessons for players of all ages and skill levels
- Run drills and structured training sessions focused on technique, strategy and fitness




- Assess player ability and track progress over time
- Provide clear, constructive feedback in a positive, supportive workplace
- Communicate with players and families about goals and session update

What we're looking for:

- Strong tennis instruction skills and coaching experience (beginner–advanced)
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Ability to build structured, progressive training plans
- Coaching accreditation (highly regarded)
- Available evenings and mornings, with flexibility across multiple days per week
- Able to provide proof of adequate insurance, qualification, Working With Children Checks, and First Aid certification
