Role: Test Analyst -ServiceNow
Location: Sydney
Duration: 12 months minimum with potential extension
Essential:
- 7+ years of experience in software/manual testing.
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow testing.
- Strong experience in manual testing and test case design.
- Experience with functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.
- Valuable understanding of ServiceNow ITSM processes.
- Experience with defect management and tracking tools such as JIRA.
- Good understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
