- Proven experience as a Test Manager / Test Lead in enterprise implementation projects.
- Strong experience in preparing and managing Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Schedule, Test Scenarios and Test Completion Reports.
- Experience managing testing teams and allocating resources across multiple testing activities.
- Solid knowledge of STLC, test methodologies, defect lifecycle, risk management, and quality assurance processes.
- Experience managing SIT, UAT, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Ability to define testing scope, estimates, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
Test Analyst – will be typical Manual Testing with experience in ServiceNow.
