Turing Consulting is seeking a number of versatile and delivery-focused Test Managers with the following skills

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager with solid hands-on testing and test management experience to lead end-to-end quality assurance activities across enterprise applications and transformation programs. The ideal candidate should have 8–15 years of overall testing experience, including experience managing test teams, defining test strategies, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery across complex projects.

Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or ServiceNow testing will be highly preferred.

Please note: Australian Citizenship is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and manage the overall Test Strategy, Test Plan and Test Approach.
- Lead end-to-end testing including System Testing, SIT, Regression Testing, UAT and Production Validation.
- Manage test planning, estimation, scheduling, resource allocation and execution.
- Coordinate testing activities across business, development, integration, vendor and delivery teams.
- Lead and mentor test leads, test analysts and automation testers.
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage against business and functional requirements.
- Manage test cases, test execution, defects, traceability and reporting.
- Facilitate defect triage and drive timely resolution of critical issues.
- Monitor testing progress against agreed timelines, milestones and quality objectives.
- Manage testing risks, issues, dependencies and mitigation actions.
- Provide regular test status reports, dashboards and quality metrics to senior stakeholders.
- Establish appropriate test governance, quality gates and entry/exit criteria.
- Support UAT planning and business stakeholder coordination.




- Drive continuous improvement across testing processes, tools and methodologies.
- Support automation strategy and improve regression testing efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

- Australian Citizenship is mandatory.
- 8–15 years of overall Software Testing / Quality Engineering experience.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Test Lead or Test Manager capacity.
- Strong experience managing end-to-end testing for medium to large enterprise programs.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience across functional, integration, regression, UAT and end-to-end testing.
- Strong defect management, test reporting and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM, qTest or similar.
- Good understanding of test automation frameworks and automation delivery.
- Experience managing onshore and offshore testing teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
- Experience testing ServiceNow implementations, workflows and integrations.
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure and enterprise integration environments.
- Experience with API, integration and data migration testing.
- Exposure to automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Tosca or similar.
- Experience working on large transformation or enterprise implementation programs.

Candidate Profile The successful candidate will be a delivery-focused Test Manager who combines strong testing knowledge with leadership, governance and stakeholder management capabilities. The person should be comfortable managing multiple workstreams, vendors and distributed teams while taking ownership of overall test quality and delivery.
