Currently, we are looking for a "Test Manager" to work on significant projects for our esteemed client.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain the overall Test Strategy and Test Plan for the ServiceNow implementation.
- Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities across the project lifecycle.
- Define testing scope, objectives, approach, timelines, resources and deliverables.
- Manage and coordinate test teams, including testers, technical teams and business representatives.
- Establish test schedules, dependencies, entry/exit criteria and quality gates.
- Oversee functional, integration, system, regression, UAT and end-to-end testing.
- Provide leadership and guidance on ServiceNow testing across relevant modules and integrations.
- Work closely with business, project, technical and vendor stakeholders to understand requirements and testing needs.
- Manage stakeholder communications, including test status, progress, risks, issues and dependencies.




- Track and report testing progress, defects, risks and overall quality metrics.
- Manage defect lifecycle, prioritisation, triage and resolution in collaboration with delivery teams.
- Identify testing risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adequate test coverage against business and technical requirements.
- Coordinate test environments, test data and deployment dependencies.
- Review test scenarios, test cases and test execution evidence.
- Coordinate UAT activities and support business stakeholders through the testing process.
- Provide regular testing status reports and executive-level updates.
- Ensure testing activities align with project governance, quality standards and agreed delivery milestones.
- Support go-live readiness assessments and provide formal testing sign-off recommendations.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Test Manager leading testing within large-scale technology implementations.
- Strong experience delivering testing for ServiceNow implementation projects.
- Demonstrated ability to develop comprehensive Test Strategies, Test Plans and test schedules.
- Experience managing and mentoring testing teams.
- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical teams.
- Experience managing end-to-end testing including SIT, integration testing, system testing, regression testing and UAT.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, processes and quality assurance practices.
- Experience in defect management, test reporting, risk management and test governance.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies and competing project timelines.
