Lindores Personnel is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced construction and traffic management personnel for upcoming casual and call-in opportunities across Brisbane and the Gold Coast. We are currently seeking experienced:

- Traffic Controllers (TC)
- Traffic Management Implementers (TMI)
- Construction Labourers
- Hoist Operators
- Site Cleaners

These positions are an Expression of Interest only and do not guarantee immediate employment. Successful applicants may be contacted as suitable casual, short-term or call-in opportunities become available.

About the Opportunities

Depending on your role and experience, duties may include:

- Directing and controlling traffic around construction sites
- Setting up, implementing and maintaining traffic management arrangements
- General construction labouring, including site cleaning and materials handling
- Operating construction hoists safely and efficiently
- Supporting trades and site teams with general construction activities
- Maintaining clean, safe and organised work areas
- Following site safety procedures, policies and relevant legislation
- Working collaboratively with supervisors, trades and other site personnel

What We're Looking For

We are seeking reliable, experienced and safety-focused workers who can demonstrate:
- Previous experience in construction, traffic management, labouring, hoist operations or site cleaning
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A qualified and reliable approach to work
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety




- Ability to follow instructions and work within site procedures
- Relevant licences, tickets or industry qualifications for the position

Mandatory Requirements

To be considered for opportunities with Lindores Personnel, applicants must have the relevant requirements for their nominated position, including:
- Current Construction White Card
- Valid Queensland Traffic Control Industry Authority – Traffic Controller (TC), where applicable
- Valid Queensland Traffic Management Implementation Industry Authority – TMI, where applicable
- Valid Queensland High Risk Work Licence – HP (Hoist), where applicable
- Current Driver's Licence
- Reliable transport
- Proven experience within the construction industry
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Full working rights in Australia
